At Navdisha Textiles, ensuring you have a great shopping experience is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you might need to make a return, and we’re here to help you with that. However, we kindly ask you to consider the impact that returns can have on our small business. After all, we are a small mother-daughter team, crafting everything from our apartment. Please respect our return policy and refrain from misuse. Thank you for your understanding and support!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Navdisha Textiles purchase. If you’ve had a change of heart, here’s what to do:
- Condition for Return: Your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.

Step 3: Select Your Preferred Shipping Option for Returns
- You can: Purchase a shipping label at your local post office.
- Prefer a Free Return? Choose a refund as store credit and we’ll take care of the return shipping cost for you.
Step 4: Drop off your package at the post office within 15 days of receiving your order.

Is everything returnable?
We have a few exceptions to our return policy:
Special Promotions: Items bought during special promotional events are eligible for returns, but only for store credit.
Final Sale Items: Items from our Greeting Cards, Slippers, Glass Cans, Ceramic Mugs, Cup Accessories, Overstock Sale, Oopsie Sale, and all gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you have the option to return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you’re interested in. This way, you can get exactly what you want without the wait.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our email. We check all our emails.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
At Navdisha Textiles, we take great care in processing your orders, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you encounter any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the issue. We’re committed to making things right, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, which can be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
How do I submit a return request?
To start a return, first, click the profile icon in our store’s navigation or go to our refund policy or returns page. Then, follow these steps to request a return:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Open the email from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Step 2: Select Your Order: Click on the order you wish to return.
Step 3: Choose Items to Return: If your order has multiple items, select the ones you want to return.
Step 4: Select a Return Reason: Choose a reason for the return and add any additional notes for the store.
Step 5: Request the Return: Click on ‘Request return’.
When and how do I get my refund?
Here’s how our refund process works:
Special Promotions: Items bought during special promotions are eligible for refunds only as store credit.
Timing: We aim to process refunds within a week of receiving your returned item.
Refund Methods:
Original Payment Method: We can refund you through the payment method you used for the purchase.
Store Credit: Alternatively, we offer refunds as store credit, which will be issued to you as an e-Gift Card.
Non-refundable Charges: Please note that shipping fees and any handling surcharges cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
